Frank Rovelli
Frank Rovelli, a Chartered Accountant since 1993, graduated from UPE with a B. Comm and earned his Honours at Wits University. His career began at Auto Industrial Foundry, followed by a significant move to Fawick, where he acquired equity. In 1998, he merged Fawick with Probe, leading to a fully integrated Industrial division within the Probe Group. By 2008, he had ascended to the position of CEO of the Probe Group.
Gert Roselt
Gert Roselt, CEO of Probe Mining Holdings, an executive with over 15 years of mining expertise. Under his leadership, the company achieved a 94% revenue increase and a 500% boost in profit before tax through strategic integration. Gert’s leadership emphasizes innovation, team empowerment, and strong skills in business strategy, operations, financial management, and people development. Gert holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from WITS University Online, certificates in Digital Transformation and Strategic Leadership from GIBS, a Bachelor’s in Business Management & Leadership, and qualifications in Financial Management, Auto Electrical, and N3 Electrical. His expertise is instrumental in driving Probe Mining Holdings toward industry leadership.
Oliver Petersen
Oliver Petersen held various Associate and Executive roles in Banking, Corporate Finance and Private Equity. Prior to joining Thesele, he was a Senior Deal Executive at Capitalworks Private Equity, CEO of Brait’s Alternative Equity Partners, and COO of Circle Capital Ventures. He is also a former Secretary General of ABSIP.
Yolande Mahlangu
Yolande Mahlangu joined Thesele in November 2023. Prior to joining Thesele, she held Executive roles in private equity and investment holding companies such as Kagiso Tiso Holdings, Pan-African Private Equity and Yard Capital. She has served as a Board member of several companies.

Bernard Tennant
Group COO
Bernard Tennant, a seasoned finance professional with a diverse career spanning over two decades. He started his career at KMPG in Durban, qualifying as a CA (SA), and gained international experience in London. He joined Protea Chemicals in 1998, managing three companies in the KZN region. In 2010, he relocated to Johannesburg to oversee five national business units and later headed the Polymer business for the group. Tennant has been serving as the Group COO of Probe IMT, managing the finances and operations of both local and foreign entities.
Pulane Gumbi
Group Human Resources
Pulane Gumbi is the Group HR Manager at Probe Mining Holdings, with 20 years of experience in the mining industry. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management, a Baccalaureus Technologiae in Human Resources Management, a National Diploma in Occupational-Directed Education Training and Development Practices, Senior Management Development Programme Certificate and an Advanced Labour Law Certificate. Her expertise includes developing and implementing comprehensive frameworks for talent acquisition and retention, remuneration, performance management, employee development, and organisational culture enhancement.
Grace Shana
Group Financial Manager
Grace Shana is the Group Financial Manager at Probe IMT, leading a team of 20 finance professionals. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in finance and investments from the London Business School. Grace holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Lincoln, a BSc in Management & Entrepreneurial Studies from the Women’s University in Africa, and has completed the Senior Management Development Program at Stellenbosch University. Additionally, she has a Diploma in Management & Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute and is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries.
Anthony Marais
Group SHEQ
Anthony Marais holds a NOSA Higher National Diploma, Advanced Health & Safety certification, and a Safety Management & Training Course (SAMTRAC) qualification. Since July 2017, Anthony has been instrumental as the Group HSE Manager at Probe Integrated Mining Technologies. His earlier experiences include impactful tenures as Project HSE Manager at both Stefanutti Stocks and ELB Engineering, where he led health, safety, and environmental management projects within the construction industry. Anthony has also played key roles at Aveng Grinaker-LTA, Rand Sand Blasting, AST Overseas, and Grinaker-LTA Process Engineering and Grinaker-LTA Oil & Gas Division.
Wesley Lynn
Group Sales Manager
Wesley Dean Lynn is the Group Sales Manager at Probe Mining Holdings. He began his career on January 31, 2011, as a Junior Sales Consultant, quickly advancing to roles such as Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, and Regional Manager. In his current role, he oversees sales strategy and operations, ensuring the company meets its targets in the mining and construction industries. Wesley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Regenesys Business School and an Operations Management Certificate from the University of Cape Town. His career is characterized by a commitment to excellence and strategic leadership.
Larisa Jugoo
Group Marketing Manager
Larisa Jugoo is the Group Marketing Manager at Probe IMT. With nearly a decade of experience in marketing and a BCom Honours Degree in Marketing Management, she is a forward-thinking marketing strategist with a deep understanding of the construction, engineering, and industrial sectors across Southern Africa. She is passionate about transforming complex challenges into innovative marketing solutions, she excels at driving brand growth and creating impactful narratives that connect with diverse audiences. Known for her ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives, she brings fresh insights and a collaborative spirit to every project, ensuring brands rise above the competition and achieve sustained success.

Marko Kotzé
Group CTO
Marko Kotzé, Group CTO of Probe IMT, leads the company’s technology strategy with a focus on driving digital transformation and long-term value creation. With a background in Industrial Engineering and master’s degrees in Engineering Management and Digital Industrial Management Engineering, he has extensive experience integrating emerging technologies such as drones, blockchain, and data platforms into smart cities, infrastructure, and service environments. Passionate about solving complex problems and bridging strategy with execution, Marko is dedicated to shaping Probe IMT’s technology direction while supporting the innovation and success of its teams.
